TERMS OF USE

Kindly read the terms mentioned below before you use Sarah Shaber's Website. Please use this website only if you agree with all of the terms. If you do not accept at least one point of the terms, please do not use this website. As the terms will be updated from time to time, please refer back to them in the future.

The term "we" or "us" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" refers to the user or visitor of this website.

and related Service (collectively, the “Service”).

You agree that your use of the Service signifies that you have read and agree with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Service on this site.

All sales are final.

1) No refund except for no-stocks item(s) or :-

• Refund will be made ONLY if both parties agreed in the terms and conditions.
• A processing fees of RM30 will be deduct from the refund amount purchased via Credit Card / FPX
• A processing fees of RM50 will be deduct from the refund amount purchased via Installment ATOME / Myiou / Grabpay Later etc
• A processing of refund will take 7-14 working days or longer.

2) No Exchange of item

• STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE for an item purchased via INSTALLMENT using ATOME / Myiou / GrabPay Later / etc
• Exchange will be made ONLY if both parties agreed in the terms and conditions.
• A processing fees of RM30 will be deduct from the refund amount purchased via Credit Card / FPX
• Exchange of an item is not acceptable due to wrong item purchased / colour purchased by purchaser.
• Exchange only can be made due to wrong item / colour / model /brand shipped by us to purchaser.

3) Delivery.

All orders will be shipped out from Monday to Friday only.

We cant guarantee the exact arrival date and time of your package as this will be handled by the third party (courier service : J&T and POSLAJU).

4) Risk of Loss and Damage.

The items purchased through the Service are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract, as a result, risk of loss and damage title for such items pass to you upon delivery will not be responsible by us.

5) Copyright Infringement; Notice and Take Down Procedures.

If you believe that any materials on our website infringe your copyright, you may request that they be removed. This request must bear a signature (or electronic equivalent) of the copyright holder or an authorized representative, and must: (a) identify the allegedly infringing materials; (b) indicate where on the website the infringing materials are located; (c) provide your name and contact information; (d) state that you have a good faith belief that the materials are infringing; (e) state that the information in your claim is accurate; and (f) indicate that “under penalty of perjury” you are the lawful copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

6) Payment.

Payment via Credit Card (Master/Visa) will be no extra charges.

Payment via Pay Direct FPX (Debit Card) will be no extra charges.

Payment via Installment ATOME / Myiou / Grabpay Later / Payslowslow will be no extra charges.
